St. Paul's Serves the Community

In July & August St. Paul's collects various school supplies and back packs to donate locally.  As part of the project we offer our Back Pack Blessing for students (of all ages) and school personnel. This year's back pack blessing will be on Sunday, August 28 during the 10:30 am service. We welcome you!

September is when we collect pet food and pet related items for local shelters.  Our Blessing of the Animals service is in October.

Then comes December.  Each year we adopt a family (sometimes two) for Christmas.  Through the generosity of St Paul's family and friends we are able make Christmas a little brighter for our adopted family. In 2014 & 2015 we made blankets, hats and scarves for The Magdalene Project, a ministry in Niagara Falls (NY-USA).

Backpack Blessing & School Supply Donation

Many thanks to everyone who donated school supplies during the summer months. Pictured above are a few of the supplies being delivered to the Magdalene Project (Niagara Falls, NY) in time for the new school year.

Into your hands, O God, we place ourselves and our children. Support us in our successes and in our failures, in our joys and in our sorrows. As we grow through this year, may we grow in grace, knowledge and wisdom. Amen

Mighty Niagara Water Station

St. Paul's hosts a water station on North Fourth Street for the Mighty   Niagara Marathon in September.

This project is an opportunity for St. Paul's to take the giving spirit of   mission work outside the building and into the community.

United Thank Offering

UTO

United Thank Offering (UTO) is a ministry of the Episcopal Church. Through UTO, men. women, and young people nurture the habit of giving daily thanks to God for blessings received in their daily lives. The annual UTO collection is a way for us to recognize our blessings and support mission & ministries within the Episcopal Church.
